Colossians 3:1-2

Mighty Servants of God. How would you approach your leadership responsibilities differently if you saw them as God-given? Would you spend more time praying about the decisions and interactions of each day? Would you treat people differently? Would you be more ethical in your dealings? What difference does it make to consider that God has placed you where you are as His representative? Your leadership point of view influences your vision, mission, and values, and ultimately your actions and attitude. Let God transform your perspective today.

Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.—Colossians 3:1-2

Prayer: Lord, let me see this world, my life, and my leadership responsibilities through Your eyes. Let me understand that my life and leadership influence are sacred trusts from You. Let me honor You in all that I do. In Jesus’ life-changing name I pray, amen.
