us how we can improve? To lead like Jesus, is to have our words, actions, and attitudes reflect the activity of the living God. How can we love, live, and lead like Jesus if we’re unwilling to consider that we might need to change? The Lord knows exactly how to speak the truth we need to hear. His correction springs from love for us and love for others.

My son, do not despise the Lord’s discipline, and do not resent his rebuke, because the Lord disciplines those he loves, as a father the son he delights in. – Proverbs 3:11-12

Pray: Lord, open my heart to receive Your discipline and open my mind to receive Your truth and guidance. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen.
