Romans 8:34-35
Mighty Servants of God. One of the amazing realities of serving a risen Lord is that we are never without His presence and help. Through the Holy Spirit, He is constantly with us, even as He simultaneously serves as our advocate in the presence of the Father. How welcome is He in your life? How open are you to His guidance? Where do you need His help today?
Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?—Romans 8:34-35
Prayer: Jesus, in the ups and downs of life, we worship You as our Risen Lord. Thank You for interceding for us, for inviting us to trust You with everything, large or small, easy or difficult, that comes our way. We pray in Your name, our Advocate, amen.
