Matthew 6:34

Mighty Servants of God. “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” (Matthew 6:34)

Some people are prone to dwell in the past, reflecting on and rehashing the successes and failures of earlier days. Some are forever dreaming of the future, reflecting on and rehearsing how it will be someday soon. To lead like Jesus lead involves learning from the past as God draws us into the future. Lessons from the past can enhance our vision, goals, strategies, and tactics.

Prayer: Jesus, thank You for lessons learned, hope for tomorrow, and strength for today. May we leave yesterday in Your hands, look toward the future with confidence, and humbly seek Your wisdom and strength as we serve others. In Your name we pray, amen.
