1 John 3:14

Mighty Servants of God. Grace, forgiveness, community, and encouragement are expressions of God’s love poured out to us. Stop and think: What difference do these expressions of His love make in your life? Who would you be without His love? Who are you becoming because of His love? How are you relating to others differently because of how you have experienced His love? Jesus had one overriding commandment for His disciples, that they would love one another as He had loved them.

We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love each other. Anyone who does not love remains in death.—1 John 3:14

Prayer: God, thank You for pouring out Your love to us, for sending Jesus, for extending grace, forgiveness, community, and encouragement to us. You have given us life. You are remaking us. How can we stay the same? How can we not offer others the same love You have poured out on us. Let us love like Jesus today. We pray in His name, amen.
